After i started meditating I started seeing light around people and animals and my self. Eventually the light would come around me and I felt like the light was on fire and powerful and the more that came around me the stronger I got. There was such a powerful energy that built up in me during my meditation it wasn't only powerful but awakening and sometimes it brought these ecstatic feelings. Like feelings of ecstasy unique energy coming in waves or a living light coming around me.
