Tolle has some good things to say and it works for some situations and for some people.
However, his words are perfect for himself, for his situation and for others who are similar to him.
It is NOT for everyone.
Truthfully, his few words did not resonate with me at all.

You cannot deal with the past, you have to feel the pain now, and see why you are still carrying the pain around with you, there is no such thing as the past, you are hurting now, there is memory but memory isn't the past, as a scare isn't the actual wound, you can only deal with the pain here, NOW.
