soul retrieval music
I know i said I'm out of here lol...not sure if it is to do with me letting go of the whole thing but tonight something returned and brought my 'human' body and individuality back to life. It had been a giant black hole for i don't know how long i have no idea where I had been hanging out or as 'what'.. it felt incredible, like having just been a lump of flesh, and now..this breath. And it feels different, so silent and soooooooo relaxing and central.
I was also listening to Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head and Parachutes while this happened (particularly "Yellow"), and i realized...he sings from such a central place. His lyrics are incredible too. So many about pure love.
Just felt i wanted to post this here in case it could help anyone else out :)
