Too much cake
I bake a chocolate cake using a premade mix. The cake is delicious and I eat it all. Soon I start to feel nauseous. I tell myself that a whole cake was really too much and it will make me fat, so I think that I should try to throw up (this is nothing that I would do in real life.) However, my dad us around and I don't want to concern him, so I keep my nausea and stomachache. End of the dream.
Yes in real waking life I am not exactly having a blast at the moment I have few interpretations but I think I am too biased, so I would love to know what you guys think. Thank you dream people

Hmmm... holding onto something that's doing you harm in order to keep someone you look up to unhurt.
Are you not speaking your truth out of worry for someone else's feelings?
Do you not have faith that this other person can manage their own disappointment/concern/reactions?
Do you take too much responsibility for other people's behaviour/happiness?
Just a couple of thoughts there for you...
