Raining
Raining
Standing in the rain
Yelling at a God
"Are you there?"
"Do you hear?"
Nothing in return
Just the rain falling
And a fool yelling
So, silence sets in
Tired and fed up inside
Just letting it come
Like the rain falling
Soaking the hair
Mingling with tears
Nothing left, empty
Still standing in the rain
No one around to notice
Just the rain pittering
Then a laugh erupts
Realizing, all this is for naught
For only yelling at myself
Only releasing held emotions
Now they are gone
Now it is just the rain
Falling as it has before
And will again
So, walk a while
No longer caring
I am just wet
And now blend with
Everything else around
Reflecting the lights
Just a fool in the rain
And now it's all right

I really like it. I can picture the image of the person standing in the rain as you write this ^^

I can relate to the feeling!
It's quite a beautiful way to commemorate the experience, thanks for sharing!
I went for an autumn swim in the rain today, it was just me, myself and the water and rain... talking to myself as I swam...

Sometimes a walk in the rain is a cleansing of sorts. That is if it is too cold.

The Rain
The sky grows greyer
As clouds collect
To release their present harvest
Vapors once rivers, lakes, oceans
Gather to return to the collection
Back to the source and giver
Results of playing with the sun
Now the droplets released
Returning to Earth
The cycle that has been
going on for centuries
Lost in count, continues
The rivers, lakes, and oceans
once more swell and consume
the harvest given
The many forms of the same
Manifesting with in the game
Of transformation and renewal
