The affirmations and mantras you need, is a practice in self love. Accepting yourself, and finding praise within yourself for all that you are and ever will be.
Those that have social phobias and shyness around others, chances are, they are not feeling highly about themselves. They are finding fault within them and feeling that others will find and see it as well. So they lack confidence within and of themselves.
