Your friend.

Period. Every-thing.

Everything.

I know.
Eating breakfast doesn't last long either.
And if you need to gain weight you have to almost constantly eat.

yeah negative thinking is the start of most disease in the body. I'm just now really putting positive thinking to more serious work and now I am now being guided to how to cure my hashimotos disease and i'm happy to say that in one month I am now off my medicine and everyday i'm getting closer to a total wholeness of body and mind. For so you think so you/things are!

I sense you are a very pessimistic individual and you are very passive as a person.

Both sources of advice are right, the akashic reading and your friend. We all live our lives to fulfill a purpose that has been set by our higher selves before we were born. BUT, a big but, is that just because your lifetime this time around is to "repay" debts in forms of karma that your soul may evolve, it does not mean that your life is bad.

Every life is beautiful. We wake up in the morning to enjoy another 24 hours is a sign of beauty that life has bestowed upon us.

So change your way of thinking and you change your life. Start thinking positively. Remember, you attract what you give energy to and its time to start emitting positive energy/vibes so that more positive occurrences will happen.

The good is there but you're giving off way too much energy to the negatives that the positive is covered.

Hi Tom!

I sympathise with your being stuck in negative thinking ...

It CAN take a LOT of effort 2 re-train your mind 2 think more positively!

I suggest trying to practice gratitude - it has worked wonders 4 me!

Best of luck!

You don't have to listen to your friend you know. And try not to let any beliefs that are not your own limit you.

Don't worry be happy

Okay, maybe you could start with that - verbal negativity - when you catch yourself complaining, stop, embrace it with your thoughts, say inside "thank you for sharing, and now I am choosing gratitude" Then think of three positive things or sides in that, which you wanted to complain about.
