Here I go again

Once more, my weekend is over.
Tomorrow I 'fall' into the world of people, take up my covert identity and pretend to do something worthwhile. Oh it's worthwhile alright, it pays the rent. BUt is it actually important otherwise, emphatically not. I dont want to lose it, but I wish it were'nt so anyway. Such a dichotomy!
Wish me luck!
I hope I can avoid the attacks of the sociopaths that accidentally witness the magic, I hope I can fool the instinct driven biped apes that rule the place, I hope I can continue to rationalize irrational behaviour long enough to provide for us while the bodies live. I hope I learn something in spite of my surroundings and circumstance.
See you next week!

silvergirl,
you may ask but i cannot divulge, it might give away my identity to the ignorant masses who wish to crucify me.
suffice it to say, i do what we all do who have to work. "we make little ones out of big ones, in one way or another"
A perfect society would let people do what they want to do, earn a living, and live happily ever after. But how much chance of that exists?
on another tangent: how many billionaires are contributing to the severe problems of the world? in dollars? how many pigs does it take to describe the human race? answer: one.

Its only life, don't take it so personal, I see heaven where you see only gloom. Always look on the bright side of life, do do, do do do do....

I have been where you are. I completely understand what you are feeling. Everytime someone would speak to me, I would cringe........

I heard a spiritual guru say one time "people will always find a way to be offended" and it is so true.....But I have no control over other people so I stopped trying. What I can control is me.

My sincerest hope is that you will find what works for you. It takes time

I see gloom because I'm bent that way. It's what makes me good at my job, among other things.
Anyway, the operative word here is "covert". I feel like an imposter in the world, because I am no longer "of" the world. And everyone around me is.

But on a serious note, seeker, I know where you are coming from. I may not know where you work, but I understand the feelings that come up when you are unhappy with your job, the negativity involved in your space of work is probably high, as was with my last job. Makes ya wanna lol
