Namaste.
1. Go into meditation and fully open your heart and surrender to Durga Ma.
2. Light a black candle, offer a red flower and some mishri or jaggery to Her.
3. Chant the following Mantra with faith and sincerity:
“Om Sarva Mangala Mangalye, Shive Sarvartha Sadhike Sharanye Trayambake Gauri Narayani Namo-stute”
Perform a total fast for 16 Fridays, doing the above every Friday.

Sweet Mother's help and grace is available to everyone, but more focused perhaps on those who follow Sri Aurobindo. Because they are the ones who are most likely to be receptive to Her specifically, and to turn to Her.
In essence, there is no difference between Her and Sri Aurobindo, they are the same One. |
