Feeling blocked. How to raise my energy levels?
Hello,
I'm feeling very tired and blocked recently and can't seem to naturally raise my energy level. Admittedly I'm pregnant with my fouth and have 3 young daughters and I live in northern europer and it has been a long, dark winter which is far from over lol. So no doubt these things are playing their part. But I don't like this feeling of being blocked I do reiki but maybe not as often as would be benefical, but nothing I do at the moment seems to help me lift this feeling of very low energy. I know that I'm craving fresh organic veg and sunshine like crazy but both are in very short suppily (or expensive!) at this time of year
Has anyone got some ideas or new things for me to try out?

If you want to try something different then id recommend Sungazing.
I started Sungazing last summer but due to Irish Weather i didnt get a lot done but i still had great results from very little Sungazing....Its best to do it about 15/20 minutes before sunset as the sun is not as strong and at this time of year its very easy and safe to gaze for 10 minutes.........Google Sungazing and follow instructions as it can be harmfull to your eyes if done incorrectly.

I would suggest trying binaural beats or isometric tones. Might want to google about the use of these during pregnancy just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for your suggestions! I'm off to read more about them :) I live in the far north and there is very little sun at the moment so I might have to wait a while before trying out sungazing. But I'd never heard of it before so I'm very interested to read more about it :)

If you're not knowledgeable with using brain entrainment (binaural beats) I wouldn't use them. I have been incorporating brain entrainment techniques for years and studied at the Monroe Institute.
If I were you I would simply learn the art of mantra meditation, you don't need to learn any Hindu/Vedic phrases or anything . . . simple still the body, then the mind, then choose a comfortable vowel and utter it as low as you are comfortable with . . . allow it to vibrate your whole body, once in control of the sound move it up or down in pitch so it embraces your abdomen. Don't strain!
