Stay away from people and places that are negative because they are draining your Energy and keeping your vibration low.
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.
Smile at people and be happy with the simple things in life.
Help someone who needs help.
Ask your higher source for guidance and be alert and open for help or signs.
