Couldn't breathe! Scared...

Hi, I attended a house clearing with my mentor who regularly provides this service and it seemed to go well in the end and I just went home. I still felt quite overwhelmed though when I was in the comfort of my own home and my husband commented on the change in atmosphere saying it felt unusually still. I dont think I brought anything back and to be honest my protection is so high and I had been working with archangel michael all night so dont think anything could harm me potentially. I deliberately called out to all energies around me and told them to step back and that I didn't want any contact at all as I was tired and drained. I was talking about my mentor crossing a spirit over to my husband and shortly after my throat starting to close up and I was struggling to breathe. It really freaked me out as I wasnt panicking or anything before hand which may have caused me to become nervous or anything, it just happened. Again, I asked everyone to back off and the air did seem clearer after that. Was this just a reaction from overwhelming spirit presence do u think? I am a beginner but I am easy to 'take over'. My mentor thinks ill end up dabbling in trance but I dont fancy this much :/ Thanks x
