Visualization

I seem to have a very good ability to visualize my desires coming to pass to the point at which it seems almost real. The only thing is that these visualizations are kind of random. It would be nice if I could tap into them regularly but I have somewhat of a difficult time getting into that state of mind on cue even with meditation. Any suggestions?

Maybe the you tube videos may help you, or you may create your own video in order to visualize your goals

I personally visualize with you tube videos and theta sound

Can you jot down your desires, as a prompt, and keep them going in your mind throughout the day, so although you are not in deep meditation, they are in your consious thoughts.

Maybe you should give Flowdreaming a try. Google it. It's "guided daydreaming." The originator came up with the technique because she has a hard time with meditation.

I love it as an alternative to meditation, but I still think meditation has its place and should still be practiced.

Sometimes I "Flowdream" on certain words and phrases. That is something I kind of came up with on my own, I don't know if anyone else has done it (I'm sure they have, lol). But it works, if you're in a stressful or unhappy mood and want to shift your vibration quickly.

Example: Things are hectic at work and everyone seems to be conspiring to aggravate you. haha! So, silently, to myself during silent moments I'll say things in my head (and silently outloud, if I can).....

"Peace"...
"Love"...
"Tranquility"...

And I'll say them very long and drawn-out.

"Peeeeeeaaacceee..." "Lovvvvve."

My favorite one for work is "Easy Breasy Money."
"Eaaassssy Breeeezy Moneyyyy."
"So easy....."
"So simple...."
"Just eeeassssy."

And saying it like that will bring naturally tranquil thoughts. Like a breezy spring day and other random things you associate with those words. There has never been a time when it hasn't worked. Doreen Virtue's book "Angel Words" (I think that's the title), hit on that too. That certain words have higher vibrations than others. We've all seen those photos of water under a microscope after it is prayed over versus how it looks after harsh words are said. The prayed over water looks like a beautiful crystal snowflake and the other water looks like a garbled mess. lol

Very easy and quick way to change the frequency of your vibration when you don't have time for something time-consuming such as meditation or other practices.

I like to create my own videos where I superimpose my face into the pictures so that it looks like I am driving the car that I want to own, standing outside or even inside the house I want to live in etc it took me a while to edit all the pictures I used, but I feel it has helped the visualizing process as well as invoking both positive emotions and feelings.
