Overexcitement during projection?
Hi people,
does someone have any tips on how to deal with overexcitement during projection and/or fear? I am trying to work through my mental blocks, but to no success. I have been in the vibration stage quite a few times but the vibrations either stop before I have a chance to exit or I am scared and they go away because of my strong feelings.
