The power of the Devine Feminine

In the shower, as I was refining my ideas of nonjudgment, how affected everything and how one might live in this way, I started to think about how we normalize complaining and criticism.

How we talk to everyone including our kids and ourselves in this way. This, too, is not connecting with source and some people spend their whole lives in this space.

That is why our role as TF/SM are so very important and hard! We can break these templates of what is "normal/accepted" for everyone and create ones that are able to allow people to grow with more confidence and personal power.

Especially for women who are often taught that she needs to be beautiful, successful, and subservient to men to be considered desirable.

We are doing so much for everyone when we stop obsessing over our TF/SMs and value ourselves and our path. Women need to learn how to value themselves and they will learn from us just as we are learning from one another.

The impact that this small shift will have on men will be enormous! Since women are creators, men (and children) feed off of the energy women put out. As the saying goes, "If momma ain't happy, nobody's happy!"

If the values that the head female holds become the deciding factor for her family, then it's important that she knows the depth and results of these beliefs.

If she's complaining and criticizing, she is teaching that she does not value other people even as she might in other situations. Worse, that she only values those at certain times when it's convenient for her. This creates distrust and is certainly where the concept of catty women came from.

It's so important to be in a society where we can be ourselves without the fear of attack but happens so often that we have come to normalize it.

So women lifting women up is the most important act of self care we can do. Sometimes all we need to do is have someone to listen to us and we can find our own solutions.

Women:

Who are the women in your life you can empower?

How do you want to receive empowerment?

How aware are you of the power your energy has on your home/family/friends/work?

Men:

Have you noticed when a woman has felt out of her power and have a special way of uplifting her?

Can you feel when she is being critical of you and how do you handle it?

Have you been able to access the Divine Feminine within yourself and use it towards empowering your own creation?
