I seem to have a "window" from an early age to absolute negativity (sleep dreams based); although I grew up to be positive and very aware of both the negative and positive aspects of spirituality. Most of my dreams consisting of one persistent theme: Battling Evil.

Have you thought about " closing " this window of negativity , before you go to sleep and enter the land of Dreams ? treading a fine line between asking a question of curiosity and yet, not crossing the line and offering help

Wayshowers
While our journey is, by its nature, a singular one where we do, of course, have to do the work our self, it is a natural part of the process that we have wayshowers (guides) who give us useful tips. These wayshowers can be earthly as well as nonphysical.
