I am sorry if my post came across as if I didn't care...I do care....deeply. My post was intended to address the thread subject protection. I truly believe that we are protected with the highest protection available to man kind when we do not fear.

Thansk for your replies, I think its funny though, realising your problem isnt real means no problem but my case is different.

Ok put it this way, something is tryna clog my eye and mess up my meditations, I had this feeling, its kinda low now, but yeh I have it confirmed thers negative eneryg being sent to my eye, how do I block this person out?

Yes, of course, shabby... but denying fear does no good at all. When we do feel fear we generally need bridges to the no-fear open space within ourselves.

eyewish... Visualizing light, flowing within and all around oneself is one good way. Feeling the protection of pure love - how ever you think of its source - is even better, in my opinion.

In other words, love yourself even when you feel the fear... and notice what happens.

Knowing via understanding that I can't be affected by any of those things, regardless if they are real or not to me.
No protective efforts are required any more. I'm self sufficient, don't need to rely on external means.

I used to have this triple layered energy shield i designed one arvie.
Each layer was in constant change of frequency, changing at the speed of light.
Each layer different for the others.
Each layer reacting at the speed of light to whatever was coming at me.
It was most affective.

Once I sorted my weaknesses and fears, I discarded it.

I agree.

When I was locked in fear, no amount of convincing that fear wasnt real would bring me to simply just believe and let go. Fear feels very real...when your locked into it........the bridge to the no fear space was complicated for me and as I have learned the fear of feeling fear fully was often times the main cause.


Feeling safe is paramount in the formation of that bridge.

Beign locked into fear is a way to describe my nose hurtign maybe, but my this, nah.

Some one has been tryna block my eye, its a fact, when I do betetr they seem to try harder. I even know who it is I believe. They even admitted tryna do this. I need real help and realprotection.
