Question, there may be error in any being channelled therefore we could be given information that could cause harm if acted upon, but if we channel the
ABSOLUTE SELF through the medium of our mindful vehicle, then we know
or will know instinctively that this is perfect absolute wisdom, from the SOURCE
of all that has ever had motion universally, why go to a servant when the Absolute master of the universe lies within you????????????????????????

Even if you have, isn't it much more likely the average Joe or Josephine stands very little chance of ever reaching a state of certainty about spiritual matters?

I’ve been saying this for months now. So good to hear someone else say the same thing. Any channeling HAS to be questioned imo

Yes boyce i have spent five decades looking into the SELF and find it to be the
embodiment of wisdom and all universal truth.

You need to remember boyce that YOU TOO have this Absolute SELF within
YOU right NOW, just tune into your inner self and then reveal the SELF that hides behind our ignorance.

I think it's what I'm already doing, Michael, but I don't call it channelling my 'self' or ever claim anything else. And I do allow for any form of communication not necessarily being perfect - even communication with my own self.

I get that but also I asked "....isn't it much more likely the average Joe or Josephine stands very little chance of ever reaching a state of certainty about spiritual matters?" For such ordinary mortals outside guidance by knowledgeable individuals is one alternative.

As I've written elsewhere, even communication with one's "self" may not be perfect - there's room for uncertainty. I realise such an assertion might unsettle some individuals.

As for "higher self" cf. "self" I see no difference other than an extra word being used in the descriptor.
