This makes so much sense to me. I was intuitively doing this, and quite honestly, I don't know why. I chose certain songs that evoke feelings of love, and I would send them his way. I would come into work and find an email that would upset me, or I would get a visit in my cube by him; something would happen that would get under my skin, and the process would repeat itself.

I don't know much about the law of attraction. I'm more about the old ways than the new age stuff.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the evil eye. Probably the oldest curse. Cursing someone with ill intentions with a glare. If you wear an evil eye, it deflects the evil eye. I personally wear a mirror shard when I feel under threat and it protects me from all kinds of curses.

A few days ago I sent a thought pattern back to someone that had sent it to me over a long period. That person was envisioning me being hit by a car. I did not like the idea. So I returned the thought.

EThere's the cosmic justice system too. What others call karma. You can do things to reinforce this. Reflect things back at abusers like the previous post suggests.

It's a comfort for pascifistic victims.

Its a usual approach to these topics by certain groups of people who believe life can be entirely explained by a rational, logical approach. They leave no room for spirituality and believe all things are purely physical. Not my way of thinking, but its common amongsf certain people. They believe only empirical science should be trusted to judge reality. Leaving no space for personal experience or things not matching normal reality.

Not read the whole thread but in short yes they can.
We can wish or manifest anything we want on other people but be warned , what goes around comes around and whatever we wish on what we want to happen to other people is what the universe hears as our wishes and so therefore it comes back to us ten fold .
