what does channeling feel like?

it feels like i am listening. and i am i am listening to the being talking in me.

it is strange to hear the emotion and conviction from my mouth when i know i do not feel that way.

does it feel like all the blood go to your heart, your finger go numb, like you're having a panic attack, but your not, and and your lip will quiver. You are conscious, and you will stand up, or look outside of the window, or even breath air to get oxygen, or shake your hand just to get blood flowing in your hand?

If that not channeling then what is it?

I do that when I am around people almost like astral something.

Is that channeling? I do it with people not entity, but i think I've done it with entity, but not as intense as it does with human.
