The Self-Esteem Thread
I have decided to create a Self-Esteem thread where people can affirm how much they accept, respect and love themselves. It might sound a bit narcissistic but I have learnt from painful experience that self love is VERY important. Without it we are lost and helpless.
So here goes; I love and accept myself!
BTW; the Poll is multiple choice so that you can choose more than one option.

I'm feeling quite empowered by my recent surge in self esteem. When I get too low I put in an extra effort to pick myself up. With flower essences, affirmations and prayers.
