Don't laugh, but yankies do give that impression to us aussies. Before my yankie husband and i got together...we were chatting online and he said..gotta go put together my new computer desk. You do know what a computer desk is dont you?
I was a bit insulted to say the least and replied...no I dont. after all us aussies run around in grass skirts with spears, living in humpies and chase kangaroos down the roads. LOL |
