I am growing accustomed to slice shaped spanners in the works, but... you are... hopefully ...He says with all hope.....not going to negate all the posts you respond to?
Voodoo is rubbish , Prayer is fruitless et al. I dunno..It seems like you are after shooting a lot of things down lately...That said I have been wrong before and accept, even hope and pray that I am wrong now.
Just a passing observation...nothing more or less.

I tend to use the one in the link above. Simple. Easy. I do nothing but rely on the love.

I tend to hold the ball of energy/qi above my abdomen while meditating. Feeling the energy puts me right into a meditative state. Then I exhale a slow"ah" or "sh". Once I'm in a deeper, calm state, I tend to send out energy into the world, to those who need it, to those I know. If I'm really ambitious I'll start doing Tai Chi movements, which are wonderful. I also practice meditative walking in nature whenever I can, though I tend to prefer to do that alone (and I often hike with others).
I'm always on the look out for a meditation group nearby but haven't quite found my people yet.

Yah, Meditation is such the right way to know yourself better. Many persons do meditation according to their meditation techniques for getting full relax from mind and body. I read so much about meditation by Mr. Chamunda Swamiji. He is the best meditation instructor.
