Hi Aden

I've found if I don't do at least simple stretching after my daily meditation then I am too spacey to function effectively for several hours.

So I alternate what I do: I take ten to fifteen minutes to do yoga, or go for a walk in the country pumping two pound weights, a throwback to the 1980's Heavy Hands craze. HH's supposed to get your aerobic conditioning up extremely efficiently because it uses all four limbs, mimicking the VO2 uptake of cross country skiers, among the most aerobic of athletes. Google Harry Schwartz/ Heavy Hands if you want to learn more about his research studies. Here it is in short: you have to curl the weights, you can't just carry them.
