Question on Experiences

I have had this happen to me all my life but never knew what it was I was wondering if anyone can help me understand it. I wake up in the middle of the night and it feels as if the bed is sitting on top of a washer and dryer shaking and vibrating no noise just the vibration and it happens about 4-5 times a month I can move and I still feel it but here is the thing we don't have a washer or dryer in our apartment nor do we have anything that could cause this vibration could it be the vibrations you feel before you AP if so I am doing it naturally and not trying to do it. It just happens and it is kind of freaky not knowing what it is or what could cause it I am the only one that feels it my SO does not feel it at all and has never felt it but I have felt it ever since I was a child so I know its not just the place we are living in now.

Yes, it sounds like it. lf you let the 'vibes' expand, they usually leads to 'sleep paralysis', where you can just roll out from your body.

ok see I have had all this stuff happen and I just didn't know what it was it truly is amazing how when you realize that it all happens to you when you are younger and some of it still happens as you get older and you just don't know what it is but it turns out that the stuff you are interested in and want to do has been happening all along you just didn't know it its just amazing to me
