Hi, I am italian and interested in meditation
Hi everybody,
I have started practicing meditation 12 years ago and I have experienced all its benefits. However after 3-4 years of good and constant practice i have gradually lost my focus: daily routine, problems and goals to be achieved have taken me away from the practice and today I don't seem to find a way to get back to it. So many times I have promised myself that I would have got back on track but I never managed, and time is fleeting.
I have the feeling that i miss a group of practice, a group of people that share my same vision and to which i can talk about meditation and more. Nobody around me practice meditation therefore I can never talk about it with anyone, and it slowly faded away.
I hope to find a lovely community here and a lot of motivation.
