WHAT'S UP BAYBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!  This is yo friendly neighbourhood SF member(more importantly, friend) Psy with a couple of questions: 1. How can I shield myself in the Astral and 2. I have the bad habit of actually trying to move once I'm OBEing, how do I "astral travel"? Thanks and don't forget to....SPREAD THA LOVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! |

There are methods of filling your self with white light . On methods check out the free books on obe 4 u and astral pulse , links are in my post in the links sec of this forum .
p.s. The circulation of white light is more for protection while in the body , this is one of many was to do this ritual of the golden dawn .
