Searching for info on kundalini rising\syndrome

Hello, a blue moon is in the horizon tonight, and it shall be a night of many mysteries...

I am looking for some knowledge on kundalini rising.

I have ascended my serpent far into my throat chakra as of now... and for more than 5 years greately have I suffered!! It was a living hell in the bad parts, and in the good parts, well, that not even I fully understand.

How unfortunate is this! I don't even know how much this has affected me. All the pain, under the risk of nothigness! For what benefit!! But I am happy with my life as of now, so it must have helped in some way. But how would I be without it? That will remain in the mist of the night. Perhaps, the moons may know.

I can't help but to look forward into the sacred and secret roads ahead. What will happen when it reaches my Third eye? What about the Crown chakra?

Among these regions lies the legendary pineal gland! I've always associated such with the third eye, but I have come to known that the crown chakra is, perhaps, the real player in that game.

I am looking on some folk you may know about this. Maybe some other kind of wisdom, anything you have to say would be nice for me to hear. I am not sure exactly what I am looking for, anyway. May I be happy with what I find.

from what i've read, the whole of me (and you i assume) extends beyond
the crown chakra; there are additional chakra points. typically, the next
one is nearby (perhaps only 12" above), and those beyond that are at
ever greater distances [by physical measure].

Hey mate I hope you're right because that shows how vast we are. But it makes it hard to think about this kundalini rising thing. So the K starts in the lower chakra, it's a physical energy in a sense as it begins in the body. Then it comes to sit on the seventh chakra. Now this I can understand. But to say that the K then goes outside of the body? So our soul extends even further above? Why can't one feel anything above the body then? I know we are more than the body, we also live in the other realms, but I don't know, maybe I need to think about it some more.

Google/Yahoo search Kundalini Research Network Blog and the site should be a Blogspot page titled KRNweb - lots of information there to digest. Also, you can also look up Bonnie Greenwell's The Kundalini Guide: A Companion For The Inward Journey (Book 1), very good insights into the nature of the phenomenon in this text. Lastly, doctor/author Yvonne Kayson has a book (called Farther Shores) which has a lot of good information on this subject matter.

Just off the top of my head, if you'll excuse the pun, K is when all seven vertebrae groups of the spinal column vibrate in harmony. The result is a total eclipse of the ego, when the two mythical snakes awaken and, I presume, have a good ol' chit-chat ...

As I'm sure you can tell, I've not experienced a Kundalini Awakening - just reading and talking with others that have.

Maybe this extension of the body into unseen dimensions is highly possible. K can cause telepathic connections, so I'm told, the surge of energy rushing through the spine is like a door opening on a furnace - a scream of ecstasy - that can throw a flash of light on it's K counterpart. However, I'm not so sure such a thing appeals to me.

In the news scientists are talking about the discovery of a new organ found in the human body they are calling the Mesentery. It's located in the abdomen. For now they aren't sure exactly what this new organ does. So for now I'm enjoying the idea of human evolution having just taken a small giant step.
A giant step towards an eighth primary chakra, perhaps, and a more restrained and universally accessible K.

The only thing I know is just to lay on your back and ride with it, it helps to process and release some of the kundalini from your body
