A bit of guidance? Kundalini Reiki

Hi all,
There are no attunements in my area, so I went with Murray's Dvd which is cheap

He uses a crystal to transfer the attunement, and I do believe it is legit. I did feel energy squeezing my body parts and making me scream, though after the attunement (which I have taken several times) I feel nothing. The DVD is basically a 10 minute attunement with general reiki info and illustrations of hand positions to use on yourself and others. I do not feel the energy coming out of my palms though.

He did say some people might not feel anything at all, but I WOULD like to have even a small indication that I am actually attuned to 1st level. The energy I felt could very well be kundalini spikes as well, since I've been having those for some time now.

Anyhow, it is Usui reiki I am speaking of here. Kundalini Reiki has recently come to my attention, and my question is would it be OK if I did not further pursue the Usui reiki and go straight for a personal distance attunement for Kundalini Reiki, which I read its 1st level is the equivalent of the first three Usui Reiki levels.

I do believe the Dvds work, but truth is my attention span is short and I would frequently mentally interrupt gazing at the crystal. So I figured a personal healing would be more effective for me, but I just wanna make sure first if it's alright going straight for the kundalini reiki, even if I really am attuned to level 1.

i did a distance usui level 1 & 2, but didn't know what to do with it. about a year later, i found kundalini reiki, reiki tummo and another kundalini thing. after reading, i decided on reiki tummo and have continued studying w/ them since. my niece did a distant kundalini reiki (by ole) and found it to be too much for her. she took reiki tummo w/ me and she felt better about it. each has their purpose and everyone experiences it differently. enjoy.
