My Past Life With My Mother

Coolchic, yes she is probably in your life again to give her another chance to make things right with you. But on your side it is important that you learn to forgive her : that is your mission in regards to her. It is not a one way street, both have to do the work.
Just like some other posters on this thread, I don't really believe in dark entities. I believe that some souls loose their way in the process of reincarnation, but they can always improve themselves. We are masters of our destinies and actions, and we can always make things right. Obviously you can't change your mother, but maybe you can help her. Or if you can't you will just have to accept that your life is going to separate ways. Apparently, this is what you want ;)

To the OP: One thing that is interesting about my mother - whom I believe is similar to your mother - is that when I conduct my obligatory weekly phone call with her, I feel physically devoid of energy and sleepy.

i often get sleepy too when my energy is being drained or i get a headache

I have a poor relationship wtih my mother, and yes I feel drained by being with her. I feel empty of conversation and lifeless. It's horrible. It's like being kissed by a dementor (for harry potter fans).

However, one thing I am realising with people in our lives who are sent to try us, we can't change them but we can change ourselves in the light of the lessons. What are we being told, what buttons are being pressed.

I also wonder whether I have wronged my mother in the past.

Regardless, I want to do what I can to ensure that this pattern isn't repeated.
