Butterflies in my stomach
I’ve suddenly felt like butterflies in my stomach. This came out of nowhere. I’m still feeling it actually. Is there a way to know if these emotions are mine or my tf’s?

I've felt like this on occasion too. Often around the heart chakra. Could it be one of your chakras maybe? Where are the flutterings? Sometimes anxiety can manifest in the solar plexus. It's worth thinking about where and maybe searching online for a why you might be feeling it, regardless of whether it is your feeling or your tf's.
We have no way of knowing for sure if what we feel is ust our own, or theirs. You could sit with the feeling and try and get a sense of what's going on. I'm certain I have felt him on a few occasions - but then doubt quickly invaded my mind. Depends though, sometimes there is just no way of shaking it and no idea of why that sensation is there!
