Help!
i was exorcising a few entities in my body and they seem to have damaged me on the way out and now my energy is gushing out of my solar plexus chakra and i cant stop it!

Oh goodness,
Take a deep breath, relax, create a force field around the chakra. Ask your guides to heal you right away.

Well before anything, breath and center yourself. Basically what StarChild has already advised. I also wouldn't phrase it gushing out, too me that sounds like you're depleting your sources. What do you mean by exercising entities in your body?
