Green Mist while meditating

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone may know what this is.

While meditating and waiting for contact from my spirit guides, i see a green swirling mist in front of me. I fades in and out and sometimes has some yellow or gold in it. When I do get messages or visions in my minds eye the mist can appear and wipe them away.

It somehow holds my focus and does not let me concentrate on the message being recieved.

Any ideas.

While meditating you may become aware of a mist, it can be any colour red, green, yellow, orange etc. It may be one particular colour or it may fade into different colours. The colours may change as you become more relaxed. I think it has something to do with the level of meditation you are experiencing. From green the mist may turn to blue and the blue to purple. The mist will clear and you should feel completely relaxed and at one with the whole room. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, back off, rest and try again another time. A lot of conscious focus is needed to begin with. But the more comfortable you begin to feel the more beneficial the meditation will become.
