That's a brilliant poem, Light Mage! You applied your creativity well here, that is for certain! Should you have a deep interest in poetry, maybe you should check out wordbyword, the poetry forum. That place is teeming with creativity and inspiration!

Thank you! 
The original poem was just 3 verses long, then quickly grew to 10 verses.
A few months later I went back to it and added the last 3 verses at the end... after being "inspired" by the death of someone I'd just started to get to know.
This was a few years ago now. Time has certainly gone fast!
