need some guidance
when i start getting into my meditation every breath in takes me up and every exhale levels me out, kind of like a socket wrench till i get to what i like to call there. when i am there its like my brain is open, also there is a lot of pressure and tingling in the center of my head. i can only handle a couple of minutes of being there because i get kind of scared. i havent seen or talked to anything but i heard that there could be evil out there in disguise.

Well, as far as 'the evil out there'...please, begin meditations with somewhat of a ceremony. 
Make it your own...but pray to the Divine Presence, the All That Is...whatever name
you feel comfortable with...for protection and
Divine Love...
I could say more and wax poetic...but hopefully you
get what I mean...enter meditation with heartfelt reverence.

Good, tingling usually indicates a deeper level of becoming conscious and two minutes is great. Some fear arising there but it doesn't seem severe... it takes a bit of persistence... so persevere and it'll work itself out.;
