There are also some clips that bothered me at one time...not any more. But I thought I'd share and see if anyone had any responses to them. Don't know if/when I'll get to them.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm so sorry that you have lost your son too. It's a horrible thing to go through. Truly a parent's worst nightmare. I hope you have been able to find some peace through your recordings.
I record my EVPs similar to the way that you record your EVPs. I agree that listening to the recordings can be tiring. I'm still recording, but I recently decided to shorten my recording time.
Sometimes when I record I hear from my son, and sometimes I don't. I seem to be hearing less and less from him lately. I think they are careful not to allow us to become too dependent on our recording session. Like you, I tend to listen to a few EVPs of my son over and over.
I would be very interested in hearing some more of your clips and your experiences with recording.
