Finger's crossed dream jo.

Last night we had chicken fried rice and a salad.

Tonight will be leftover stir fry for me and prime rib and baked tater for hubby.

Sometimes, hair brained ideas make the best suppers! Sliced up giant portabella mushrooms into long thin strips stirfried with tofu and set asparagus on top to steam. Then added to a broth and super veggie soup for dinner! The young man had seconds, so that is a good sign! Though, I have to say, he was never a fussy eater, but since he had to cook on his own and eat take away at college, he is eating everything we are cooking with great enthusiasm. LOL!

Had to work all day! I got lucky! Hubby made cold, tuna noodle salad! Yum!

Yep that is the recipe. It was rich. A little goes a long way.

Brats, cellophane noodles with Asian sauce and stir fried garlicky sugar snap peas.
