For those who don't know. ....Google redfish on the half shell to find out.....its a gulf coast thing

Yum! Lucky1! (Missing fresh fish)
Yesterday, we had baked potatoes with lots of toppings, like cauliflower, broccoli, turkey taco meat, savory yogurt, cheese. All made in the microwave to keep the kitchen cool!
Tonight, tilapia (sadly, frozen) couscous, veggies and puff pastry filled with Granny Smith apples, tart dried cherries, pecans.  |

Anala, I order my fresh fish from a place on the east coast. It comes so fresh you can smell the sea on it. I won't touch frozen or fresh fish in supermarkets in Colorado. It stinks!
I'm going to crock pot a round steak in seasonings and sauce and serve shredded on tortillas. Gf ones of course, lol.
