Cool Golden Gate Bridge possible UFO beam or maybe natural? Any ideas?

From August 2015 (was that the same time of the Texas one?). Anyways maybe it some natural phenomena I am unaware of or simply a fixed video (seemed almost too clear to be real, lol). It's short and sweet. I think it was two minutes long give or take 30 seconds. Anyways, what do you think SF?

Definitely light from above reflecting off the window (through which the video is taken). Notice how it disappears at the end when the camera turns.

I did not notice that but what about the lightening at the 32 second mark that appears inside the beam? also it seems the clouds or fog near this beam are reacting a bit to it.

Very cool footage of my city. My parent have a view of the bridge from their house. I heard these beams of light have been found in different places. We are also going through earth ascension and the veil with the other side is thinning more and more. I think it is more this. Also people are starting to report strange earth noises.
