Sleeping head facing North
You should never do it.
You can find various contradictory information about the topic, there is no established or proven consensus.
But if your energy is circulating correctly within your body, sleeping with your head facing north, especially during Mercury transits (like now) and new moon (which is coming), you are more likely to wake up with energy stuck in the head.
This had probably caused the onset of my tinnitus 10 years ago, I was sleeping perfectly aligned NS, and my head to the north.
I think facing East is good.

Very interesting.
I have heard of course the concept of sleeping with head facing north ( does it mean north is behind your head or in front , other words feet nearest north ? )...
I sleep with West behind my head and feet pointing East ...

Please explain why this is - claiming something isn't much of a basis - without an explanation.

....I think the theory is meant to be a bit like how a compass works with the pull to the north etc. But then again I'm only using a logical explanation and perhaps I've made that up. Would make sense to me.
