A fantastic book I read recently is ' the children that time forgot ' It is so interesting I couldnt put it down, anyone else recommend a good read on this subject, I love a good book.

I haven't read that book you mentioned. The only book I read on the subject of past lives is Only Love is Real: A Story of Soulmates Reunited. by Brian Weiss, M.D. I found it direct, accessible, and sincere.

He's a medical doctor (a psychiatrist) whose focus shifted after one of his clients demonstrated immense past life recall during hypnosis. That experience is detailed in a different book of his which I haven't read (it's called Many Lives, Many Masters).

If you're looking for a book on pre-birth spirit connections, that also touches on past lives, a good choice is Spirit Babies: How to Communicate with the Child You're Meant to Have by Walter Makichen. The exercises are very powerful.
