We had cheaters pizza last night Anala! We spent the day in the vet emergency clinic. Everyone is okay. Now.

Last night was leftover Korean pork chops, fried potatoes and a fruit/yogurt salad.
Still have leftovers to contend with. Hubby will have brats with stir fried onions/bell peppers with melty cheese and I will have a Italian sausage ragu over pasta.

Last night I made tuna casserole. there isn't much left -it was yummers!!
tonight I don't really know. I have a few choices I can make so I guess depends on how tired I am when I get home, unless hubby takes the initiative and makes something. (He's been pretty good about that lately!!)

Shrimp scampi with garlic pasta (for Italians that is I-a-OO-ee). Raw broccoli for a veg.
