I ended up having a bologna & liverwurst sandwich for dinner.
My friend Laura came over for tea and as it got late, we never ended up making a hot dinner. I don't mind sandwiches as a meal.

The soup was good and filling. And low in calories with all that napa cabbage.
Total 180. Pizza tonight.

Warm us up curry
Shrimp and vegetable curry with basmati rice!
Then, prep a roasted chicken dinner and make some kind of baked good, undecided, open to suggestions!?!
Gotta keep everyone warm and full.

I have quite a bit of broccoli stalks to use up so I will make a stew today with some antelope meat. Of course with some potatoes and carrots as well.

When life gives you pumpkin
Make pumpkin scones! The dough was a bit runny, but they rose like crazy! I am such a happy girl when the baked goods rise! We are letting them cool..... Don’t tell the hubby, I am thinking of mixing up a couple of cookie doughs later. Poor guys is doing the dishes from dinner. I just don’t have the heart to tell him yet.

Balsamic pork tenderloin roast.
I should do that. Make cookie doughs and refrigerate them. Not sure how gluten free flours would hold up. But it's worth a try.
