Your Higher Self is you,this is who you are not the outer part of you that it the shell.The Higher self or inner self is pure energy,and that energy is connected to all the energy in the Universe.You are spirit energy and connected to all other spirit energy,whether on the Earth plane or higher relms.The Easiest Way to connect with the inner self or any energy is to go within.You want to shut out the outside world and link with the higher relms.

You Higher Self Is Love
To get to your higher self, you have to become aware that you are 'love'. Expressing love in all it's forms will bring you more towards yourself. When you love yourself and love others as yourself will bring you towards your higher self. This will raise your consciousness and open up your awareness to your own greatness. You have an inner wisdom which you can easily tap into by asking yourself soul searching questions and allowing space for your inner knowledge to bring you the answers. Meditation and peaceful moments will be a great place to start. |
