Spontaneous Combustion case in Ireland

Here is a story i just came across on the bbc

'A man who burned to death in his home died as a result of spontaneous combustion, an Irish coroner has ruled.'

I heard about this on the news.As a child I can remember reading about cases of this in a book on mysteries,it really is an odd phenomena isn't it.There seems to be many arguments over how the human body can possibly generate sources of heat hot enough to cause ignition without some kind of external source being responsible.And yet surrounding objects (carpets,armchairs etc) appear to be untouched or at least minimally affected.

as a kid i watched some tv series of mystery and it was one of them....
there were two cases in which
-one of the case when a person was doing lot of cardio and completely turned into ashes on the treadmill

-second of a women after getting into a fight with her husband.....went into her room.later her husband discovered only ashes...and in this case...the soul of the women...came to meet his husband afterwards....and gave a message to him..that she is fine..and do not feel bad about anything....

i guess it is similar to the conecpt where bird phoenix turns himself into ashes and then is reborn...... but havn't heard of the case where human is reborn..:)

The nervous system is low level electricity, our neurons do fire up as can be seen on those fancy brain scans.

Another less desirable discussion point is the quantity of an explosive and combustible gas called Methane that we can produce. Now a micro electric spark and Methane could lead to something of an explosion.

This does sound quite possible,if methane is produced in the digestive/gut area,then this would explain, why it appears the victim seems almost to burn from the inside out,as if the fire started within the body, just a theory, but maybe worth considering.On the other hand, why dont we see lots of cows suffering the same fate , they produce a load of methane

Interestingly, there were a considerable ammount of livestock mutilations in the Americas, coincidentally in the area 51 vicinity that were attributed to by conspiracy theorists as lazer weapons testing as the burns were considered to be those that might be caused by lasers.

It seems to me that these burns on both Cattle and Sheep could conceivably have been born from internal combustion.

I am not really an expert in the field of Combustion but it did occur that we all produce methane and as such at the very least have the combustible element within in varyng proportions and that we also have the means to create a spark through static electricity in clothing or indeed bio electrical impulses. because aside from this theory, exploding people defy logical explanation.

I have seen it in NatGeo's "Is It Real?" and have researched a bit, so far found no founded explanations.
