Thanks for all the comments it means allot to know the state of trance is progress.Now that i think about it, i am going in and out of the trance states.
The mornings i battle but i think its my chair at work i will change that and that alone.I will be using the tips u gave me and i am not going to worry about it
because the trance u guys say is normal and let the meditation come to me.
Thanks very much again for everything
