Ritual for gaining energy

I've had a problem with drowsiness/lethargy for years now. I started taking amphetamines as a temporary remedy but temporary is the keyword there. I was planning on waiting until I had my chemistry degree before quitting but I'm just quitting now (nearly finished my 3rd year so I'll have the whole summer to find an alternative). I'm going all out and trying everything I can conceive of to cure this problem. I've already started exercising every day and eating healthier and since I have this new fascination with the occult (I consider myself more of an alchemist than a chemist lol) I'm going to try some rituals.

I read that the middle pillar ritual is a ritual in which you channel energy from higher planes to use for healing people and doing other things. Could I use this energy to remedy this drowsiness problem?

Could it be that your not resting like you should because your problem solving mentally when you should be sleeping? If that is the case then I would say practise quieting your mind.

Try breathing exercises and energy work. The most important thing is deeper, diaphragmatic breathing, and that is what a lot of people use to raise their energy level. Especially breath of fire. Meditation always helps with clarity of thought and mental energy, so that's worth doing too

I'm on a prescription psychostimulant (about a month now) but I'm on it temporarily. While I feel like I have energy from the drug, it reality it drains certain chakras of their energy.

What I have found that works for me is visualizing 're-charging' myself using energy from my source (earth and God's light). I infuse myself with this energy and it seems to help.

You also may not be getting enough deep sleep. Take some melatonin early in the evening when you know you can get at least 8 hrs of sleep. That has helped me before as well.

i would find a good local tai chi class. in my experience you get an energy share boost plus if the teacher's any good they usually dish out a bit of free chi to go, via touching usually. it will build your energy store in your dantien too, might wanna try conserving your seed too as that reportedly strengthens arms and legs. grow it from within.
