I had two large portabello mushrooms, with a grain dijon vinagrette, plus two apple wood smoked veg dogs dipped in a roasted garlic hummus, and a bit of home fermented cashew yogurt (bought), and I may have some olives or chickpeas.

I wish I'd not eaten all my mushrooms, because I was planning on chopping them, and mixing them with the cashew yogurt, and dijon dressing with olives in a collard wrap for lunch, but now I just need to figure out another mix.

Once I can find containers to make my chia pudding, I will pre make banana oat mylk raw cacao chia puds for the next weeks breakfast..

Collard wraps for lunch all this week. Oat mylk and cashew yogurt with my fruit for breakfast. Marinated cooked greens salads for dinner. Some vegan smoothies, and home made cold pressed juices here, and there.

Oh, I really wanted sweet potato fries today!

I had smoked apple wood yogurt. Brazil nuts. Vanilla Lavender Vegan Chocolate bliss balls, black olives, cold pressed apple juice, and some chocolate oat milk. I really wanted to cook my artichokes tonight, but I have to sleep soon, and they take too long. oops!
