Meditation to increase creativity?

I am going to get into meditation and i wanted to know if there is certain type of meditation that improves your creativity. I guess meditation in general does this but to be more specific i need the creativity for music. I write lyrics on an already creative level but i want to step it up even further using my spirituality to bring out more brilliance and signifigance in my music. Any suggestions?

perhaps go into your meditation with the intention of asking for more creativity in your music, also if you are into crystals, Citrine is helpful with creativity. Carry one with you or hold it in meditation.

is there a crystal shoppe or new age type shop near you ? or some people order them from online

of course, in meditation it isn't necessary to have a crystal, you can just have the intention of wanting more creativity

or ask the Angels, they are most helpful with creative ideas or most things you ask them

I might, actually I will, suggest that creativity is about being tuned into whatever suits your talents best and being in a position to get what you bring through out there where it needs to be.

So instead of just meditating on the aspect of being more creative how about adding the idea of manifesting a place where what you bring through will be doing it's job.

If in a band then touring and doing bigger gigs and seeing distribution working or if selling songs then meeting the artists who'd buy them.

Two prongs... do make you bright.
