Humanity in a Petri Dish

Browsing my notes I made last year ...

In the morning, just while waking up, I had an on and off vision of looking at humanity from above. I saw / knew how people had at hand all the info and the possibilities to develop / evolve fast, but how they weren't recognizing that, and were just making pointless choices.

I'm not sure if I was the one watching all this (it was shown to me), or if there were others who were watching it from "above". The feeling was of curiosity for what those humans will be doing, and of indulgence toward them, as they weren't enough developed to do better.

I think that sometimes small nudges were given to them to make the correct choice, which sometimes was useless.

Difficult to say if this was shown to me (before I went to bed, I asked for knowledge about how things are), or if it was a vision through the eyes and mind of a higher being, maybe of an alien / extraterrestrial being (?).

It was quit long.
